John Clough
John Clough brings more than 35 years
of golf car industry experience and innovation
to the company. After graduating from
the University of Maryland with a degree
in Business Administration, he founded
Mid Atlantic Equipment Corporation, previously
one of the largest distributorships of
new golf carts in the world. In 2001,
John founded Red Hawk with Gillet Boyce.
Gillet Boyce
Gillet Boyce has applied his sales and
operations management expertise in the
golf cart industry for more than 20 years.
His roles within John Clough's Mid Atlantic
Equipment Corporation included inside
sales, territory manager, and eventually
Operations Manager overseeing a $15 million
golf cart operation, 35 employees and
two facilities. Gillet, who received his
MBA from Loyola, founded Red Hawk in 2001
with John Clough.
Karen Parks CFO
Karen Parks brings an extensive background
in financial operations management to
her role within Red Hawk. She received her Executive MBA from Loyola College in May of 2007. Karen's
attention to detail and high level of
organization have been critical to establishing
the company's financial and internal operations.
Duffey Pitzer – Sales Manager
Duffey previously owned and operated Eastern Golf Cars in Churchville, MD. His knowledge of the golf cart industry and its products is unsurpassed. His product expertise will prove invaluable in product development, customer service, and customer support.
Kurt Partlow – Sales
Kurt joined Red Hawk in April of 2005. He has over 15 years of sales and customer service experience. His professional attitude and positive outlook are key to responding to our customers' needs.
Neale Osenburg – Sales
Neale comes to Red Hawk with over eight years experience in Sales. Neale has been a member of the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA), building and racing formula cars, for over 10 years. Neale’s sales background and technical skills will prove extremely beneficial to our customers.
John Finnegan – Sales
John Finnegan brings with him over 20 years of customer service experience from the shipping and transportation industry. John's commitment to professionalism and ability to build rapport benefits all of Red Hawk's customers.
Gil Sadler – Sales
Gil has over 16 years of management experience in the areas of General Management, Client Relations, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service. Gil's wit and outgoing personal approach when working with clients brings out the best in Red Hawk.
Russel Karbley – Sales
Before coming to Red Hawk, Russel spent over 14 years working in Customer Service, Distribution Center Receiving and Import Operations. Russel brings with him excellent listening and customer service skills, which translates into happy Red Hawk customers.
Bob Sloan – Sales
Bob has over 30 years in sales and management in industries such as industrial scales, pneumatic tube systems, and large scale computer equipment installs. Bob's determination coupled with his customer service skills are a great asset to Red Hawk.
Ben Watters – Sales
Prior to Red Hawk, Ben worked as the Assistant Manager for a local Fastenal branch. Ben's understanding of our parts and our client relationships is a great fit. Ben is detail oriented and always focuses on the customer.
Amanda Ibex – Sales Administration
Amanda's organizational and analytical skills are central to helping Red Hawk gain a better understanding of our customers' needs. Amanda is a key contact person for all types of customer support.
